Our Senior Program Managers are the "Renaissance" men and women of our business — basically they can do it all... and do. Most have a strong scientific or engineering background, but their real strength lies in their ability to manage the full range of requirements that result in a successful technology or operational program. This includes the creation, development and fielding of new technologies. Most of Senior Program Managers are experienced operational experts or technologists who have worked in the military or a government or commercial lab. They are instrumental in the concept development of the new technology, the shepherding of an idea through the decision process, managing the development of the technology and, finally, the integration of the technology in the "real world" of operational users. There is a great deal of "art" in this process — our Senior Program Managers have mastered this art.
