Our Financial and Acquisition (F&A) Managers provide the "glue" to ensure advanced technology programs hang together during the often tumultuous process of moving a new technology or operational concept towards success. Most of our F&A experts have a strong academic background in financial management. Some of the F&A staff come to us from other government organizations; others are newly minted degree holders. Regardless of experience all Schafer F&A staff go though a rigorous 60-hour F&A training process that provides them with the tools necessary to operate with the specific government organization they are supporting.
