Ron Alexander is Schafer Corporation's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for finance, contracts, planning, and governance.
Mr. Alexander has served as the chief financial officer for public companies in various technology sectors, most recently for Analex Corporation, a professional services information technology and systems engineering company. Previously, Mr. Alexander served as the CFO for telecommunications equipment manufacturer Acterna, e-commerce Internet application developer AppNet, enterprise software developer Network Imaging, and computer manufacturer Commodore International. In these capacities, he was involved in strategic and operational financial management, mergers and acquisitions, global financial operations, and SEC reporting requirements.
Mr. Alexander holds a a law degree from Columbia Law School, a master's degree in taxation from New York University Law School, a master's degree in American history from George Mason University, bachelor's degrees in math and physics from Columbia College, and has attended financial management programs at the Harvard and Stanford Graduate Schools of Business.
