Mike Williams is the Vice President of Schafer's wholly owned subsidiary, 3D Research Corporation, located in Huntsville, Alabama. He is responsible for the management of multiple business lines, budgets, personnel, and resources and for developing marketing and B&P strategies. Mr. Williams has served as the Director of 3DRC's Integrated Systems and Technologies Division responsible for providing direction and oversight of the Future Combat Systems Program, Ground Based Midcourse Defense Program, SHORAD, SED, RTTC, AMCOM Express, and Product Development. As the Program Manager for Future Combat Systems, Mr. Williams managed the development of a distributed simulation network to include twenty-eight remote sites and the development of a system of systems integration laboratory to include 180,000 square feet of test capability for meeting program test objectives.
Prior to joining 3D Research, Mr. Williams held various positions as a lead network engineer and task leader at TRW and SRS. He has provided support to Boeing's systems integration lab responsible for design, development, and support of National Missile Defense system infrastructures.
Mr. Williams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Auburn University.
