Schafer maintains a Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule Contract under which the Government can procure professional services for strategic planning for technology programs; concept development and requirements analysis; system design, engineering and integration; and test and evaluation. This contract vehicle allows for Government agencies to expeditiously obtain contracts/delivery orders for the Schafer services authorized under this contract.
